He works daily in the Department of Sustainable Energy Development at the Faculty of Energy and Fuels, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Scientifically, he focuses on reactor physics, new generation reactor technologies, and the role of nuclear energy in low-emission energy systems. He is also involved in popularizing knowledge in the field of climate and energy, especially nuclear energy.
He is a board member of the Sustainable Energy Institute foundation, within which he leads projects related to education and popularization of knowledge, including a program of energy lessons for schools.
General Secretary of the Polish Nuclear Society and a board member of the European Nuclear Society.
