Later obtained a Master&#8217;s degree in Nuclear Engineering and began his academic career at Politehnica University of Bucharest, where he also earned his PhD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over a 20-year career, he has attended specialized courses at various research centers and universities worldwide. His professional experience also includes the private sector, where he focused on energy-related projects. He is an active member and board member of several professional associations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As part of his role at ENEN, he participates in various European Commission-funded projects dedicated to human resources and communication in the nuclear sector. He plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing initiatives aimed at enhancing nuclear competencies and attracting new talent to the industry.
