Earlier, he ran his own consulting company, collaborating with organizations such as TDA Capital, Prokom Software, and Asseco (1999–2008). He was an advisor to the president of Bank Handlowy (1993–1997) and worked as a Senior Advisor for Poland at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London (1997–1998).

He also held roles in public administration: advisor to the minister and deputy director of the minister’s office at the Ministry of Ownership Transformations (1991); Director General and Director of the Prime Minister’s Office at the Office of the Council of Ministers (1991–1992); and Minister of Communications (1992–1993).

He has experience serving on supervisory boards, having been a member of boards such as PL.2012, PKO Bank Polski, TFI PZU, PGF, Poczta Polska, the Banking Education Foundation, KGHM, and BPH.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical and Technological Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology (1983) and the Warsaw Institute of Banking, as well as the US Department of Treasury (Asset and Liability Management, Bank Management).

• Leszek Hołda has more than 20 years of experience related to management in large international organizations and extensive knowledge of the telecommunications, IT and energy sectors. In recent years, Leszek Hołda served as a member of the board of PKP Energetyka, where he was responsible, among other things, for the implementation of the Green Rail energy transformation program, aimed at replacing traditional rail energy with renewable sources, in order to achieve zero-emission rail transportation in Poland.
• Currently, Leszek Holda serves as CEO of Bechtel Polska sp. z o.o. Bechtel is a global partner in engineering, construction and project management for industry and government. It serves the infrastructure, nuclear, safety and environment, energy, and mining and metals markets.
• In Poland, Bechtel and Westinghouse Electric Company will be responsible for the design and construction of Poland’s first nuclear power plant (based on the AP1000 nuclear reactor) at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site in Pomerania.

• Kowalik has more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector and expertise in business management, strategy, new project acquisition and business development, gained in senior management positions at SNC Lavalin, Alstom and ABB, among others. Prior to his position at Westinghouse, he served as CEO of Enea, one of Poland’s largest power companies.
• He is a graduate of the Electrical Engineering Department of the Maritime Academy in Gdynia. He earned an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in cooperation with the Foundation for Management Development at the University of Gdansk and completed postgraduate studies in corporate financial management at the Warsaw School of Economics.

• He has over 35 years of experience working in the energy sector. He has been associated with the EDF Group from the beginning of his professional career. For 15 years he worked in France dealing with nuclear energy issues in the areas of engineering, servicing and maintenance of power plants and strategic purchases of nuclear fuel. He has good knowledge of the Polish energy market, including knowledge of coal purchases, development of heat and power plants, management of heating systems and development of energy services. For 16 years in Poland, he held managerial positions in companies such as: Energokrak, EDF Polska, and Dalkia Polska, where he was the President of the Management Board for 7 years.
• He is a Master of Science in Engineering, a graduate of Centrale-Supelec and INSA engineering schools.

• Polish Minister of Energy
• Born on 30 September 1992 in Myślenice.
• He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Agriculture in Kraków. Actively engaged in social initiatives, he served as President of the Forum of Young Peasants’ Party Members (Forum Młodych Ludowców) from 2017 to 2023. A graduate of the School of Political Leaders, he has been the Spokesperson and Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Polish People’s Party (PSL) since 2019.
• Since 2024, he has been a Member of the Regional Assembly of the Małopolska Voivodeship, where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Committee on Environmental Protection and Public Safety.
• In December 2023, he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, responsible for the renewable energy and power sectors.
