He specializes in environmental law, spatial planning law and investment process regulations. He has many years of jurisprudence, legislative and negotiation practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2008, he was one of the persons responsible for the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive reform of the law on environmental impact assessments and management of living nature resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2009 -2014 Deputy General Director of Environmental Protection. He represented Poland at the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention), sitting in the bodies of the Convention &#8211; as Chairman of the Working Group and then Chairman of the Convention Bureau and Chairman of the Meeting of the Parties to the Convention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 2012 to 2016, he was a member of the Codification Committee for Construction Law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 2014 to 2015, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Environment &#8211; Chief Conservator of Nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since 2022, member of the Expert Commission on Climate and Space at the Ombudsman working on the assumptions of environmental spatial planning reform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2482,"template":"","class_list":["post-2217","prelegent","type-prelegent","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
