In these areas, he has implemented projects for, among others, the European Commission, the Ministry of Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), and regional governments in Poland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An experienced manager with a long track record in the think tank sector. Author or co-author of dozens of expert reports and analyses on business competitiveness and innovation, cluster and regional development strategies, legal regulations, and stakeholder cooperation.
