{"id":7362,"date":"2026-03-11T21:36:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T20:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bnef.pl\/2026\/?post_type=prelegent&#038;p=7362"},"modified":"2026-03-11T21:36:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T20:36:32","slug":"joanna-smolik","status":"publish","type":"prelegent","link":"https:\/\/bnef.pl\/2026\/en\/prelegent\/joanna-smolik\/","title":{"rendered":"Joanna Smolik"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Director of the Strategic Relations Department at BGK, Polish Development Bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joanna joined BGK in 2010, initially in the role of a specialist and expert in the Structured Finance Department and, since 2014, as head of the section responsible for structuring financing for the energy, transport and municipal sectors. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2020, she was appointed head of the Bureau for the Structuring of Difficult Transactions, dealing with early corporate restructuring. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since April 2021, she has been the director of the Strategic Relations Department, whose main task is to support the sustainable socio-economic development of Poland by providing financial solutions and comprehensive banking services to key business entities.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joanna is also the director of the Strategic Security programme, which is in charge of determining strategic directions for BGK&#8217;s activities in security and energy transition, as well as improving the industry&#8217;s cyber security.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition to her work at BGK, Joanna gained professional experience in the private equity sector managing a fund operating in the field of renewable energy.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in &#8222;finance and banking&#8221; and from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences with a degree in &#8222;economics&#8221;.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7358,"template":"","class_list":["post-7362","prelegent","type-prelegent","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
