  • A graduate of the University of Warsaw with a master’s degree in organization and management. He has extensive experience in conducting and supervising transactions and projects in the power sector.
  • From 1995 to 2004, he held managerial positions at international consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers (1995-2000, 2001-2004) and Arthur Andersen Poland (2000-2001). Between 2005 and 2007, he served as Vice President for Investments at Unipetrol a.s. (Czech Republic), where he was responsible for preparing and implementing investment and organizational restructuring strategies, as well as overseeing M&A projects within the group. From 2004 to 2005, he was the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Treasury in the government of Marek Belka. Between 2009 and 2013, he worked at KPMG Advisory as a director responsible for the energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe, providing financial and strategic advisory services to energy sector companies in Poland.
  • From 2013 to 2016, he was associated with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., serving as Vice President for Development. He was responsible for preparing and overseeing the implementation of the PGE Group Development Strategy for 2014-2020 and the PGE Group Investment Program. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A., and PGE EJ1 Sp. z o.o., as well as a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association. From 2019 to 2024, he was a Member of the Management Board for Economic Affairs at Tramwaje Warszawskie.
