He is an expert in district heating with many years of industry experience, focusing on development, modernization, and cross-sector collaboration.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology.
Previously, he served as Director of the Department of Public Utilities at the Office of Housing and Urban Development and worked as an expert for the Association of Polish Cities.
