For 17 years, he was the director of the J. K. Łukowicz Specialist Hospital in Chojnice.
Co-founder of the For Health Foundation, which supports the hospital and people in need.
Member and co-founder of social organizations, including the Association of Social Initiatives Samorządni, the Knight Brotherhood of the Tur Coat of Arms, the European Association Pomerania, and the Association Local Governments for Poland – TAK.
Chojnice City Councilor (2002-2006). Since 2006, a Councilor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Assembly.
Since November 2019, Deputy Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Responsible for transport, infrastructure, assets, economy, and the labor market.
