Over the years, she has held various roles encompassing marketing, communications, and government affairs.
Before her current position in the Central Europe business unit, she served as Director of External Communications for Europe.
She also held the role of Director of Public and Government Affairs for Eastern Europe, overseeing operations in Russia, Ukraine, and Poland, as well as Director of Communications and Marketing Director for Central Europe.
In her current role, she coordinates relationships with key external stakeholders in Central Europe while managing the regulatory and public policy environment for PepsiCo’s operations in Poland.
Since March 2005, she has served as President of the Polish Federation of Food Producers. Additionally, she is a member of the Advertising Council in Poland. Recently, she joined the supervisory board of Kaucja.pl – Krajowy System Kaucyjny S.A.
