He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where he studied Administration at the Faculty of Law and Administration from 2002 to 2007.
In 2017-2018, he completed the ARGO Top Public Executive Program at IESE Business School.
Since September 2007, he has been associated with the Main Office of Building Control, where he has held various positions in the Department of Inspection and Building Control, progressing from Senior Inspector to Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of Department, and Deputy Director.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Organizational Office. Additionally, since 2023, he has been the Secretary-General of the European Consortium of Building Control (CEBC).
