He has been associated with the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) for over twenty years. He has gained experience and knowledge in the field of technical supervision by advancing through successive career levels. He was responsible for conducting inspection activities in facilities of strategic importance to the Polish economy.
He possesses not only practical knowledge regarding the functioning of the organization and its legal environment but also an understanding of market realities related to the implementation of strategic projects and investments in Poland’s critical infrastructure, where UDT operates as an Inspection, Notified, and Certification Body. As a representative of the UDT-CERT Notified Body, he managed projects for the power and heating industries. He was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams of UDT experts. He is also a lecturer at the UDT Academy.
In 2016, he obtained a PhD in technical sciences in the discipline of machine construction and operation from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at Częstochowa University of Technology. He has participated as an expert in numerous national and international conferences on technical supervision. He is the author and co-author of articles on materials for the energy sector published in national press, as well as a co-author of scientific and technical publications. He is a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Katowice Branch – Energy Commission.
For his contribution to the functioning of UDT, expert knowledge, and work for public safety, he was awarded the “Distinguished for Technical Supervision” honor in 2022.
