A professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. Working in the Department of Building Materials Engineering, he focuses on optimizing shielding concrete against ionizing radiation—currently for research installations intended for future power plants utilizing thermonuclear fusion.
He is an expert in construction codes, standards, and guidelines related to the development of nuclear power plant projects. Additionally, he specializes in the administrative processes necessary for preparing such investments. As the coordinator for the construction sector, he conducts training sessions for the Polish industry on performing tasks for the nuclear energy sector, organized by IGEOS on behalf of the Ministry of Industry.
Until recently, he served as Secretary of the National Council of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers. Currently, he is actively involved in regional self-government structures, primarily in the areas of digitization and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
