Since 1996, he has been associated with the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant, holding various responsible positions and gradually advancing from operational engineering support roles to leading divisions responsible for decommissioning projects.
In recent years, he has focused on the development of decommissioning infrastructure for the plant’s RBMK-1500 reactors, including spent fuel storage, solid waste treatment facilities, and disposal sites.
He has extensive experience in managing decommissioning projects, infrastructure planning, and executing complex processes in the nuclear energy sector.

She is the Chair of the Committee of Inquiry on Licensing of Nuclear Power in Sweden.

Prior to her current role, Pernilla worked for 20 years in the field of nuclear law, serving, among other positions, as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal Affairs at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority.

Dr Pavol Štuller serves as Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Amentum.
Throughout his career, he has held positions as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chief Executive Officer of JAVYS, where he was responsible for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities in Slovakia, the management of radioactive waste, and the implementation of new nuclear projects.
Since 2008, he has served as Managing Director (Slovakia/Czech Republic) at AMEC Foster Wheeler (Clean Energy).
Between 2015 and 2018, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AMEC Foster Wheeler Romania, where he was responsible for the strategic management of the company’s Romanian branch.
From 2008 to 2020, he simultaneously served as General Manager for Central Europe at Wood Nuclear Central and Eastern Europe.
Between 2016 and 2020, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of Slovenské elektrárne.

Dr hab. Dorota Niedziółka is the Head of the Department of Economic Geography at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where she holds the position of university professor.
She received her PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics in 2002. In 2012, she obtained her habilitation degree in Social Sciences in the discipline of Economics and Finance, also at SGH. Her habilitation thesis focused on the regionalization of energy markets.
Her research interests include energy security, energy market analysis, economic geography, and the processes of regionalization and globalization.
As an energy market expert, she has participated in numerous initiatives, projects, and advisory bodies supporting the transformations taking place in the energy sector.
She is the Head of the Inter-University Climate Academy and the author of numerous publications on energy markets and energy security.
