Currently provides strategic technical advisory services on new nuclear reactors, technological innovations, and long-term operation of existing nuclear units at NRG PALLAS in the Netherlands.

Dagmara Peret serves as Executive Director and Vice President of GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy in Poland. She is responsible for the deployment of BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactors in Poland and Eastern Europe. Since joining GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, she has been actively involved in the Nuclear Energy Team at the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection, focusing on the implementation of energy policy aimed at transitioning Poland’s energy generation model from coal to nuclear power.
She began her career in the energy sector in 1996 at ABB, and later worked at Alstom Power and GE, where she played a key role in delivering some of the largest gas power plant projects in Poland and in shaping strategies for the decarbonization of the district heating sector.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at Kozminski University, and holds an MBA in Energy from Lazarski University.

President of the Management Board of OSGE since 2022, he also serves as President of the Management Board of SGE S.A.
For nearly two decades, he was a Managing Partner at a consulting firm, advising numerous companies in the energy, oil, telecommunications, and commodities sectors. He worked as an oil and gas consultant for the Ministry of State Treasury, the World Bank, and the largest supplier of crude oil to Poland.
From 2000 to 2002, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG).
In the 1990s (1994–2000), he worked in the media, writing on economics and politics.
He graduated in Political Science from the University of Warsaw (1998) and from the Warsaw School of Economics (2002). He earned an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2004 and completed doctoral studies in artificial intelligence at the Polish Academy of Sciences (without obtaining the doctoral degree).
He was a fellow of the Reuters Foundation, the U.S. Department of State (twice), the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Howard Gilman Foundation, and Freedom House (USA).

Since the beginning of professional career, she has been working at the National Institute of Oncology in Warsaw, in the Department of Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention, as well as in the National Cancer Registry.
Her scientific interests include the epidemiology and etiology of cancer in Poland, particularly exposure to behavioral and environmental risk factors, spatial distribution of cancers, incidence trends, prediction, and treatment effectiveness (survival rates).
She has been a member of the National Oncology Council at the Ministry of Health (2015-2022), a member of the Ministry of Health’s team for the National Oncology Strategy, a member of the Public Health Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences (term 2019-2023, 2024-2028), and a representative of the National Institute of Oncology in the Government Population Council.
