Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of global clients on new facilities in the nuclear, oil and gas, chemical, infrastructure, environmental, electronics and manufacturing sectors. The teams he has led have completed facilities worth more than $100 billion in locations around the world, including Bahrain, China, Iraq, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Thierry Deschaux

  • General Director of the EDF Representative Office in Poland.
  • He has over 35 years of experience working in the energy sector. He has been associated with the EDF Group from the beginning of his professional career. For 15 years he worked in France dealing with nuclear energy issues in the areas of engineering, servicing and maintenance of power plants and strategic purchases of nuclear fuel. He has good knowledge of the Polish energy market, including knowledge of coal purchases, development of heat and power plants, management of heating systems and development of energy services. For 16 years in Poland, he held managerial positions in companies such as: Energokrak, EDF Polska, and Dalkia Polska, where he was the President of the Management Board for 7 years.
  • He is a Master of Science in Engineering, a graduate of Centrale-Supelec and INSA engineering schools.

Carl Berglöf

  • Director of the national nuclear new-build coordination office in Sweden since 1 feb 2024.
  • 13 years of experience from nuclear industry and worked for seven years as the secretary general of the Swedish Atomic Forum.
  • Phd in Reactor Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology.

Miłosz Motyka

  • He has a master’s degree in environmental engineering and graduated from the Agricultural University in Cracow.
  • Involved in social activities, he served as president of the Young People’s Forum from 2017 to 2023. Graduate of the School of Political Leaders.
