The session is devoted to the role of nuclear energy in the transformation of the Polish heating industry and the potential benefits of using nuclear reactors for heat production. Experts will discuss how nuclear technologies – including small modular reactors (SMRs) – can become a stable and low-carbon source of heat for industry and households, as part of the country’s decarbonisation strategy.
