President of the National Atomic Energy Agency – since March 22, 2023.
He has been associated with the NAEA for over a decade, serving as the Agency’s Vice President and holding the position of Director of the Nuclear Safety Department.
He represents Poland in numerous international nuclear regulatory organizations, including the Western European Nuclear Regulators Association.
He holds a degree in Physics and completed postgraduate studies in nuclear energy at the Warsaw University of Technology.
He has undergone numerous national and international training programs related to nuclear safety and radiological protection, including on-the-job training at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
He is a co-author of a handbook for nuclear regulatory inspectors, published by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
