Nuclear New-build Coordinator since 2024 in Ministry of Climate and Enterprise, Sweden.
Carl has a PhD in reactor physics from the Royal Institute of Technology from 2010.
Since 2011 he has been a nuclear industry specialist first at Vattenfall and later at the energy industry association Swedenergy.
Carl has for seven years managed the Swedish Atomic Forum and thus represented the Swedish nuclear industry towards the national energy policymakers and the EU institutions.
Since 2024 he advises the Swedish government on nuclear expansion policies.
