He graduated in law and political science from the University of Silesia and studied at the University of Florence on a one-year LLP/Erasmus scholarship. He also completed postgraduate studies in European Energy Trading at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Academy of Young Diplomats at the European Academy of Diplomacy.
Energy and climate expert at the United Nations Global Compact Network Poland. He is actively involved in managing projects related to hydrogen, energy efficiency, financial sustainability, and ESG. He has prepared legislative reports on the reform of white certificates, the hydrogen law, Green Finance, the air quality protection system, and the reform of onshore wind energy.
He has been responsible for organizing meetings with key partners/stakeholders and significant events in the energy sector.
He was also responsible for cooperation with the European Commission regarding the Green Deal and the energy transition.
