Since January 2024, she has been associated with Energomontaż-Północ Gdynia, where she serves as the Strategic Project Manager overseeing the implementation of U.S. standards for the nuclear energy sector and the construction of a module for Poland’s first nuclear power plant.
In her daily work, she focuses on developing competencies in team management, acquiring new projects, and business development, combining technical expertise with a strategic and organizational approach.
She holds degrees from Silesian University of Technology and the University of Gdańsk and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in nuclear energy at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
