For over 10 years, she has been advising clients on investment projects in the energy sector, including strategic infrastructure investments of key importance to the country’s energy security.
Her practice covers nuclear energy, regulatory matters, investment processes, due diligence analyses, and transaction structuring, with particular attention to the specifics of entities operating in electricity generation and energy storage markets.
She has extensive experience in managing high-value, multi-million-euro disputes in the energy sector.
For several years, she provided ongoing legal support to one of the largest electricity distribution system operators (DSO) in Poland, including representation before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the National Appeals Chamber.
Lecturer in postgraduate programmes in nuclear energy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Author of numerous publications and a frequent conference speaker.
