Vice President of the Management Board of the Pomeranian Development Agency since 2007.
He has extensive experience in initiating and implementing EU-funded projects, financed under regional, national, and international programmes aimed at the economic development of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
He leads strategic projects crucial to the region’s economy, including Invest in Pomerania 2030, Pomeranian Export Broker 2030, and the Pomeranian Information and Advisory Services System “Spektrum 2030.”
He oversees the PDA department responsible for the distribution of European funds to enterprises and local business support institutions.
As part of international projects, he has been involved in initiatives promoting modern economic trends, including the circular economy and strengthening the role of science, industrial, and technology parks in the green transition.
He serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport.
He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and the Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences, in partnership with the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University (MB
