  • PhD, DSc, Professor at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ PAN) in the Department of Nuclear Physicochemistry.
  • Since 2025, leader of the European project CITISTRA, focused on the use of citizen-based measurements as a complementary strategy for monitoring ionizing radiation in situations of risk caused by armed conflicts or natural disasters.
  • Since 2024, member of the Committee on Physics at Division III of Exact Sciences and Earth Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
  • Research interests: identification and characterization of isotopic signatures of nuclear events.
  • Research fellowships at: ATALANTE, CEA Marcoule and CEA Saclay in France, as well as at the National Institute of Radiological Sciences (NIRS) / Quantum and Radiological Sciences and Technology (QST) in Japan.
