Since 2025, leader of the European project CITISTRA, focused on the use of citizen-based measurements as a complementary strategy for monitoring ionizing radiation in situations of risk caused by armed conflicts or natural disasters.
Since 2024, member of the Committee on Physics at Division III of Exact Sciences and Earth Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Research interests: identification and characterization of isotopic signatures of nuclear events.
Research fellowships at: ATALANTE, CEA Marcoule and CEA Saclay in France, as well as at the National Institute of Radiological Sciences (NIRS) / Quantum and Radiological Sciences and Technology (QST) in Japan.
