  • Director of the Department of Economic Development at the Marshal’s Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
  • An economist by education and an expert in business innovation and competitiveness, technology development trends, and development policy.
  • He has more than a decade of experience in economic research and analysis, strategic planning, technology development, as well as the design and evaluation of public policies. In these areas, he has implemented projects for, among others, the European Commission, the Ministry of Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), and regional governments in Poland.
  • An experienced manager with a long track record in the think tank sector. Author or co-author of dozens of expert reports and analyses on business competitiveness and innovation, cluster and regional development strategies, legal regulations, and stakeholder cooperation. Actively involved in regional development, including preparatory work on hydrogen projects for the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
