He graduated in Political Science (Bachelor’s Degree) and International Relations (Master’s Degree). Lecturer at the College of Eastern Europe at the University of Warsaw.
Founder of the Energy Security Centre, the first energy security watchdog in Poland.
Member of the editorial board of the quarterly “International Affairs”.
He has experience in similar projects and others related to international issues: the Europe Security Energy portal, the projects of the Centre for Political Thought.
