Director of the Department of Economic Development at the Marshal’s Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, academic staff member of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. An economist by education. An expert in the fields of business innovation and competitiveness, technology development trends, and development policy. Possesses over a dozen years of experience in economic research and analysis, strategic planning, technology development, as well as programming and evaluating public policies. In these areas, he has implemented projects for, among others, the European Commission, the Ministry of Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), and regional governments in Poland.
