Paweł Smoliński

- He graduated from the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology with a specialization in Automation. Additionally, he completed a postgraduate management program at the Warsaw School of Economics and a postgraduate program in Nuclear Energy at the MEL Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology.
- At UDT, he has been responsible for projects such as the use of drones in inspections, robotics, cybersecurity of industrial systems, and the application of virtual and augmented reality.

Mirosław Syta
- He has many years of experience in the energy sector in managerial and executive positions.
- His professional experience includes work on projects such as the construction of Poland’s first nuclear power plant in Pomerania, the implementation of high-temperature reactors in Polish industry under the Gemini+ project, and the development of nuclear modular reactors for district heating applications.
- He is also a lecturer at Wrocław Business Academy.
- Since October 2023, he has served as the Director of the Nuclear Energy Department at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna.
Dariusz Marzec
- A graduate of the University of Warsaw with a master’s degree in organization and management. He has extensive experience in conducting and supervising transactions and projects in the power sector.
- From 1995 to 2004, he held managerial positions at international consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers (1995-2000, 2001-2004) and Arthur Andersen Poland (2000-2001). Between 2005 and 2007, he served as Vice President for Investments at Unipetrol a.s. (Czech Republic), where he was responsible for preparing and implementing investment and organizational restructuring strategies, as well as overseeing M&A projects within the group. From 2004 to 2005, he was the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Treasury in the government of Marek Belka. Between 2009 and 2013, he worked at KPMG Advisory as a director responsible for the energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe, providing financial and strategic advisory services to energy sector companies in Poland.
- From 2013 to 2016, he was associated with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., serving as Vice President for Development. He was responsible for preparing and overseeing the implementation of the PGE Group Development Strategy for 2014-2020 and the PGE Group Investment Program. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A., and PGE EJ1 Sp. z o.o., as well as a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association. From 2019 to 2024, he was a Member of the Management Board for Economic Affairs at Tramwaje Warszawskie.
Marcin Cudak
- He is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where he studied Administration at the Faculty of Law and Administration from 2002 to 2007.
- In 2017-2018, he completed the ARGO Top Public Executive Program at IESE Business School.
- Since September 2007, he has been associated with the Main Office of Building Control, where he has held various positions in the Department of Inspection and Building Control, progressing from Senior Inspector to Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of Department, and Deputy Director.
- Currently, he serves as the Director of the Organizational Office. Additionally, since 2023, he has been the Secretary-General of the European Consortium of Building Control (CEBC).
Bogusława Matuszewska
- Over 25 years of experience in managing both international and Polish companies, including publicly traded ones. 20 years of experience in CxO positions in the telecommunications, energy, and education sectors (Siemens Enterprise Networks, Polkomtel, PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, Netia, Speak Up).
- Member and Chair of Supervisory Boards in companies within the PGE Capital Group. Expertise in business consulting, particularly in change management and the implementation of innovative business models.
Paweł Zagożdżon
- Internal medicine specialist, psychiatrist, academic teacher, and researcher at the Medical University of Gdańsk (GUMed). He has co-authored numerous studies in the fields of clinical epidemiology, quality of life assessment, environmental epidemiology, and pharmacoepidemiology in psychiatry.
- He conducted research on mortality and quality of life among individuals who lost their jobs as part of a cohort study covering the population of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk district. He is also a co-author of studies resulting from large cross-sectional surveys conducted on a representative sample of the Polish population, including NATPOL2 and POLSENIOR2.
- His academic output includes over 200 publications and book chapters related to broadly understood determinants of public health, infectious diseases, clinical cardiology, and psychiatry.
